By purchasing a gift card, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
Photo sessions are non-refundable but are transferable. Please arrive on time for your Mini Session to ensure you get your full session duration. If you arrive late to your scheduled photo shoot, it will result in a loss of valuable session time with Jenny Bach Smith Photography.
If the client completely misses their scheduled session and fails to contact Jenny Bach Smith Photography to reschedule by the time their session is to begin, the client forfeits their session. There will then be a 48-hour window of opportunity to schedule a new photo shoot at a cost to the client of $50.
Jenny Bach Smith Photography fully respects the value of the client's time and will make it a top priority to be present and on time for scheduled photo shoots. If Jenny Bach Smith Photography must reschedule the session time/date due to circumstances beyond her control, (i.e. illness, death, inclement weather events), she will contact the client as soon as possible to reschedule to a new time/date.
If Jenny Bach Smith Photography fails to show up to a scheduled photo shoot and does not contact the client to make new arrangements prior to the session start time, the client can choose to get a full refund OR to reschedule to a new time/date and receive a $100 credit toward prints made through the client's photo gallery.
